Big Five personality test

Gain a better understanding of who you are

Answer spontaneously. There are no right or wrong answers: choose what feels most like you today.

What is the Big Five personality model?

The Big Five test is a scientifically validated personality exploration tool that helps you better understand your emotional, relational and behavioral functioning through five dimensions:

  • Openness: curiosity, imagination and interest in new ideas.
  • Consciousness: organization, consistency and sense of responsibility.
  • Extraversion: social energy, expression and need for interaction.
  • Agreeableness: empathy, trust and desire for harmony.
  • Neuroticism: reactions to stress, worry and need for security.

Your personality is not a score you need to achieve.

The Big Five test helps you better understand your main personal tendencies without judging them. Each personality dimension can be a strength in some situations and a challenge in others.

This test highlights personality tendencies. It is neither a diagnosis nor a clinical assessment.
