Therapeutic philosophy
Angeliki is a Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology (Leiden Universiteit), and is currently training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She has gained experience in a variety of clinical settings, including a Psychiatric Clinic, a Day Center for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, and a Refugee Reception Center. In addition, she has worked as a research assistant and as a student counselor at Leiden University. For the last years, she has focused on providing online therapy sessions for adults and expats dealing with a variety of psychological difficulties. During sessions, she primarily uses techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). She works collaboratively with clients to identify their challenges and develop individualised treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
